Our mission is to protect the rights of brass band members, foster unity within the community, and advocate for the needs of our members. We provide instruments to aspiring musicians and offer training in business skills such as marketing, branding, publishing, and distribution, to help our members succeed in the music industry.
We also provide support for mental and physical health care issues faced by musicians and their families. Our organization supports economic growth by teaching financial literacy, including 401k plans and investment strategies. We offer resources to help our members achieve financial stability, including hosting first-time home buyer classes and real estate courses. During times of economic crisis, we provide financial assistance to members in need.
Through our programs and initiatives, we strive to support the development of young musicians, promote the appreciation of brass music, and preserve the unique cultural traditions that make our community so special.
