This year’s event marks the 20th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina—a powerful moment of reflection and celebration for the resilient spirit of New Orleans and the communities it inspired across the nation.

Where Culture Meets Purpose

A portion of proceeds benefits the Love Notes Music & Arts Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to making arts and cultural education accessible to youth, adults, and seniors in the Greater New Orleans area.

Love Notes provides free community performances, workshops, and mentorship for artists and cultural bearers through schools and community centers.

    Your safety is our priority. The New Orleans Music & Culture Fest will have visible security personnel throughout the event grounds, controlled access points, bag checks at entry, and dedicated first aid staff on-site. We also follow comprehensive health and safety protocols to ensure all guests can focus on enjoying the music and having a great time.


    Weapons-Free Policy

    Absolutely no weapons of any kind are allowed on festival grounds.
    This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Firearms (open or concealed)
       
    • Knives (including pocket knives)
       
    • Pepper spray or mace
       
    • Tasers or stun guns
       
    • Any other item that could be considered dangerous or used as a weapon
       

    Exceptions:
    Only certified law enforcement officers with proper identification and assigned duty status will be permitted to carry weapons on-site. All other attendees, including off-duty officers and concealed carry permit holders, must comply with this policy.

    Bag checks and security screenings will be conducted at all entrances. Anyone found in violation of this policy will be denied entry or escorted off the premises without refund.


    VIP Admission – $65

    Includes express entry, access to the VIP-only area, exclusive upfront viewing section with provided seating, 2 complimentary beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), commemorative event swag, and free parking.

    General Admission (Ages 13+) – $35
    Includes general access to the festival grounds. Attendees may bring their own chairs.

    Kids Admission (Ages 5–12) – $10
    Grants access to the full festival experience, including the Storyville Kids Zone. Children may also bring their own chairs.

    Children under 5 may attend for free with a registered adult

    Nearby parking garages are available with rates ranging from $5–$10. Free parking is included with VIP tickets. Attendees are encouraged to use rideshare services for convenience and to reduce traffic congestion.


    No. Outside food and drinks are not allowed on festival grounds. A wide variety of New Orleans-inspired food and beverage vendors will be available.


    A clear bag policy will be enforced. Only clear bags, small clutches, and medically necessary items will be permitted.


    VIP guests will have seating in the exclusive viewing area. All other attendees are encouraged to bring their own foldable chairs or blankets.


    Absolutely! This is a family-friendly festival with dedicated experiences for kids, including the Storyville Kids Zone. Children under 5 attend free.


    The festival is a rain-or-shine event. In case of severe weather, updates will be provided via email and social media.


    Animals are NOT allowed on the festival grounds
